Dr. Levy is a graduate of the University of Pennyslvania School of Dental Medicine (Philadelphia, PA). He participated in an Advanced Education in General Practice Residency at the Bronx Veterans Administration Medical Center in New York. Since 1980 he has maintained a private practice and has been on the staff of the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He is an active member of:
